Pros
Experience highly varied between lake mary and orlando locations, different culture between the two with orlando having much higher sense of urgency. Coworkers, management are pretty great, although there are some crappy managers out there. Plenty of opportunity for lateral movement and growth - management rewards initiative.
Cons
Bureaucratic processes, inherited from a japanese hq. On the bright side, Americas seems to be getting more autonomy and modernizing pretty quickly. Career growth not very visible but opportunities are there. I think management and senior leadership are working on it.
