Flexibility in opportunities but questionable business practices - Anonymous employee Mittera Employee Review

I can’t condone the business model that leadership has taken of acquiring distressed businesses with no formal plan for improvement besides throwing under qualified people to manage them. The optics are milking theses places dry to pay corporate and then discarding them. I understand business is a numbers game, but this seems very disingenuous.
