Most horrible experience of my career - Stay Away Mixit Employee Review

Broken organization. Horrible management...can't even really call it management as they refuse to manage anything....their philosophy is "handle it yourself" however they love to tell everyone what a bad job they are doing on an hourly basis. The weak are rewarded and the good leave. There simply is no reason at all to go here unless you are incapable of landing a position anywhere else. Lots of money problems as of late and will probably be out of business soon.
