Pros

System Exposure - you may get a chance to work on servers and complex systems. Domain Exposure – only one resource in NY is left who has the system exposure, so ground is open for learners. Some guys are very nice to work with, very friendly and talented, but they are not satisfied with the manager/co-workers attitude and looking for better opportunities. Mixit used to be a good company but the some managers at Khi office destroyed work environment. They were incompetent and even alien to domain in which Mixit deals and with favoritism they ruined everything.

Cons

Favoritism is at its peak. If you are not an overtly expressive person (extrovert) then it is better to not to join Mixit, because there some clever minds who are expert in stealing other's credit. At the end you will be accompanied by depression and disgust. Bigotry nature - they like subservient nature. Incompetent senior – there is a serious lack of expertise at senior level - they just know how to speak and skipping any situation. Unjust work distribution - If you do not know how to present 2 tasks as 200 then be prepare for donkey work. Even irony, those will be appreciated most who just pretend to be so busy. Gossipy - a necessary skill to excel, no matter how expert you are - this skill is a must need.

Pros

- Good people to work with - It was a small company with innovative mind set

Cons

- Too bad it got acquired by a larger company (ION Trading) - Mixit went all down after it got acquired by ION - Not a fun place to work at any more. Full of bureaucracy now.

Pros

It was great working at Mixit before it got acquired. Good, hard working colleagues.

Cons

Went downhill after company was acquired. New management doesn't really know how to manage personnel.
