As a small company, everything you do (and don’t do) is transparent. Fast growth of the company means a lot of changes and adjustments. Some thrive in this environment, others do not. It’s retail pharmacy, so it can be tough sometimes.

You need to be comfortable with shifting responsibilities and adapting on the fly. -Processes are still being built out as the company scales so if you need everything perfectly defined this might not be the right fit. That said if you enjoy figuring things out and building something it can also be one of the more exciting parts of the job.
