- Immeasurable KPI's yet this is what you're solely reviewed on - Overtime pay is less than regular pay - Witnessed bullying from upper management in CS team - Upper management of the CS team tries to invade personal space and asks personal questions / divulges other employees personal information - Zero privacy with emails (since everything is shared amongst employees, all you have to do is search someones name in the CRM tool and you will find salaries, notes, etc) - No Human Resources department for any issues - Extremely clique
