I've been part of Mixvoip for over 11 years, and it's been an incredibly rewarding journey. During this time, I’ve had countless opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. The company encourages continuous learning and supports development across a wide range of areas—even those beyond your core role. From the very beginning, I’ve been able to contribute ideas on topics outside my immediate responsibilities. As long as you’re genuinely invested in moving the company forward, you’re trusted with the freedom to explore solutions and take ownership—provided your approach aligns with our shared goals and values. One of the most remarkable aspects of Mixvoip is the accessibility of the leadership team. They’re consistently open to feedback, ideas, and concerns, no matter your position in the company. Going the extra mile—whether through added effort, initiative, or collaboration—is recognized and appreciated.

A few years ago, I felt there was a lack of clear direction from the leadership team. The company was expanding rapidly, and at times, the internal structures and processes couldn’t keep up with the pace of growth. This created some uncertainty and made it harder to align across teams. That said, this has significantly improved. Leadership has since taken solid steps to establish better structure and communication, and the overall clarity and coordination have become much stronger.

One of the best things about working at Mixvoip is the flexibility we’re given. We’re trusted to manage our own schedules and find a healthy balance between work and personal life. As long as we respect our colleagues and communicate clearly, everything runs smoothly — which feels totally natural and fair. Overtime is completely optional, not expected, which really helps reduce pressure. The atmosphere among colleagues is friendly and supportive. And when something’s not working or there’s a concern, we talk about it openly. That kind of transparency creates a great team spirit and makes it easy to feel comfortable every day.
