Pros

Tremendous opportunity and potential to gain share in various product categories through improved products and building marketing and brand strategies that strongly engage with customers and consumers with the right focus. High quality products. Good culture comprised of a 'family-oriented' atmosphere. Very dedicated, committed and collaborative team with a passion for the company. High level of access to various functions and leadership of the company. Pragmatic mindset overall where you can share ideas and learn from various departments and form partnerships across divisions and global partners with relative ease. Good benefits and perks.

Cons

Company in general is slow to decide, overly conservative and complacent in a very competitive space. North American division in particular does not have the appropriate level of investment to create high impact marketing campaigns that drive the brand, increase awareness and convert consumers. Consistent turnover year after year. Top talent recruited from respectable industries are lured by the excitement and access to the sports marketing business but don't stay long. Some dissatisfied with lack of budget and investment to drive the business. Very limited opportunities for advancement.
