Good environment, close knit group.

A little too far for me to drive.

You can come in late because everyone in the Production department does, but have to leave later if you do. The associates and management take long lunches so I guess you can too. Most people are generally nice

Work Culture is horrible. If you are new and don't speak Chinese, it's not going to be fun. I've found out that the the Chinese girls and management have talked badly about me and other assistants when we were still in the room. Every Associate that works there has a different work method that changes from person to person so everything is very disorganized and confusing, but they expect you to know everything even when you weren't trained properly. Management is very unprofessional and I'm surprised they haven't gotten sued yet from the way to talk to associates and how they conduct their business. This is a very shady company and people who stay there a long time are just lazy and got too comfortable.
