Pros
Smart and Hardworking Employees: One of the standout positives at MLLNNL is the talent within the team (small but mighty). The employees are highly intelligent, motivated, and truly committed to delivering quality work. It's clear that they are doing their best despite the challenges the company faces. Bright Future Potential: While the company is still in its discovery (like a middle schooler entering highschool) phase, there is a lot of untapped potential. With the right leadership and structural changes, MLLNNL could certainly evolve into a strong player in its industry.
Cons
Typical Start-Up Chaos: mllnnl has all the start-up energy—fast, scrappy, and a bit all over the place. The problem is, they don’t seem to have nailed down any real structure yet, so things can get pretty disorganized. It can feel like you’re constantly running in circles trying to figure out what’s going on. No Work-Life Balance: If you’re expecting any time to yourself, think again. The “always on” culture is alive and well, with little to no respect for personal boundaries. It’s easy to burn out fast when you’re expected to be available 24/7. Not Fully Transparent with Clients: The company has a habit of not being totally upfront with clients, treats them more like close friends and family verses professionals. It builds trust in the short term but sets them up in the long-term to have mismanaged relationships. Nickel-and-Diming Staff: mllnnl has a habit of squeezing every last bit out of contracts. While they are willing to give whatever to their clients they tend to focus on nickel-and-diming full time and contract employees and prioritizing cheap labor, which can feel like they’re more interested in saving a quick buck instead of valuing the services brought to them. Not Open to New Ideas: There’s not much room for fresh ideas or innovation. If you’ve got a suggestion for change or improvement, don’t expect it to be embraced right away (or at all). The company tends to stick to what’s familiar, even if it’s not working.
