      Ambiente remoto muito acolhedor, e leve. Todos os veteranos são dispostos a ajudar, mente aberta. Tolerância zero à falta de coleguismo. Pagamentos em dia, possibilidade de assinar CLT via filial brasileira, direito a todos os benefícios, incluindo plano de saúde e um mega vale alimentação.

      Cons

      Nenhum. Empresa me deu a oportunidade mesmo sem muita experiência remota. Um SONHO!

      Pros

      Friendly work culture. Benefits aren't half bad. WFH is a godsend in pandemic times.

      Cons

      Adjustment is a bit rough. I found myself setting alarms for onboarding sessions with 12 hours' notice, give or take. Entry level salary isn't great either but it's better than nothing.
