My time at MobiSprint was marred by consistent disappointments and unprofessional conduct from management. Firstly, let's address the issue of salary. Payment delays were not an exception but rather the norm at MobiSprint. It's disheartening to work diligently only to be met with uncertainty and financial instability due to late salary disbursements. This lack of financial reliability severely impacts the morale and motivation of employees. Additionally, communication within the company was abysmal. Queries and concerns were often met with silence, leaving employees in the dark about important matters regarding their roles or the organization's direction. This lack of transparency fosters an atmosphere of distrust and frustration among employees. One of the most egregious actions taken by MobiSprint was the arbitrary termination of employees without valid reasons or prior warnings. This callous disregard for employee well-being and job security reflects poorly on the company's values and ethics. In summary, my experience at MobiSprint was marked by unprofessionalism, payment delays, inadequate communication, and unjust dismissals. I strongly advise potential employees to thoroughly reconsider joining this company until significant improvements are made in their treatment of staff and organizational culture.

1. The first pro to be mentioned is definitely the CEO. I haven't seen a CEO be so kind, polite, helpful, and understanding in my 4 years of work career. He has always been there for all his employees no matter what. 2. They have a wonderful HR. Always answering all queries made, without a slightest bit of hesitation. 3. The team members have been extremely supportive. They never got irritated or angry if it took me time to understand a certain concept. They kept explaining in different ways to give me the best understanding of things

I haven't really seen any downside, honestly. Not being diplomatic. I worked with them for a whole year and my journey was pretty smooth and comfortable.
