Pros

Good and knowledgeable people in almost every team, most are easy to work with

Cons

Some people are very stubborn and refuse to use things like code reviews etc. The company has no plan on how to grow in the next year. But the CEO wants 40% year over year revenue increase so he could give out a yearly bonus and increase the pay of employees. Yet our marketing and sales team is made up of people who have never worked in sales for a software company. Nor were they trained and onboarded. Management is pretty clueless as they are all the boss's people, some real nepotism going on here. Decisions mainly coming from the CEO Stanislav Minchev anyway.

Pros

The location is okay and some of the people were okay also

Cons

Everything is bad. There are no career advancement options, work-life balance is nonexistent, and I don't recommend the company. You can check the facebook group - exMobisystems. There you will see all you need from ex empleyees.

Pros

Decent salary, good office location

Cons

Literally everything else: The products are a very good representation of the company - cheap, uninnovative, lackluster and dysfunctional. Full of incompetent ppl, especially in management positions. Complete lack of growth and vision (both for the products and the employees). Decisions are made top down. Extremely poor management (on all fronts) - doesn't consider the opinion of senior specialists, decisions are made spontaniously and in vastly different directions each month, even the attitude of the management people towards everyone else is straight up offensive sometimes. More than half of the benefits listed in job offers must be taken with a grain of salt, as there's a lot of "fine print", which makes these "benefits" basically non-existent. Apart from that, I've never heard about any company organized events/workshops/activities (except for the anual teambuilding).
