Strict Working Hours No Flexibility No Work Life Balance
Pros
1. No pros at all.
Cons
1. Possibly the worst company to ever work in. 2. Low Salary ( regardless of your previous experience) 3. It actually feels like going to a school with all the rubbish rules that they follow. 4. Never Ever trust their HRs at all. They only do false promises about salary increment and everything but indeed they show their true colors after couple of months from the date you join. 5. They expect their employee to work overtime but are never willing to pay a single penny as Overtime Pay. 6. Their leave policy is insanely hilarious. 7. The HR introduces weird policies which are never in favor of an employee. 8. The work place is a Teeny Weeny Miniature 2 BHK Apartment which they have converted into an office. 9. They make you sign the Bond with all the false promises. 10. They Indeed work like robots. 11. The HR masters the art of making deductions in the salary for abnormal reasons. 12. They do some weird and abnormal activities every morning. 13. Its not a "Company" rather its a "Family Business" 14. They make you work like Slaves. 15. The only people who can work in this company are those who cannot or don't want to move to other city or company or those who do not have any other option. 16. 6 Days working. 17. Weird Environment and work culture.
Pros
Well.. I come from a prestigious college and have done internships before on other IT companies... While in most companies, interns are treated as labourers, at Mobivisits they are treated differently and given importance and lots of tasks and work that helps us understand the HR function and psyche and what goes into formulating policies and measures that will help the company grow. Apart from day to day work, I also learned about the challenges that HR faces in nurturing the employees and management both, and balancing them. From the HR head, I learnt how to handle negative people through counselling and being professional whenever needed which I will always follow in my career. The way she used to calm down employees agitated with work or appraisals, delayed responses etc. was truly remarkable. I saw everyone approaching HR. I also attended the interview sessions and realized how polite the HR ma'am was with them and even if the candidate was not selected she gave tips on improvement. I learnt how to put in lots of efforts to convince prospects to join a start up company like mobivisits. I felt very happy when despite me being for a short timme , HR wanted to know my views on the improvement and also implemented one of them. This gave me confidence. They encouraged me to face the audience. Being new, I made mistakes but she covered up for them without highlighting. Despite being senior, HR interacted with employees at all levels. I used to talk to employees sometimes and most of them said a lot of unwanted things got controlled only because of HR and new things brought in the culture. Some also said that it has always been a dream to achieve 100% attendance in the company which is imp. for business as well, but only in last last one year this happened.. salary issues have been almost nil as well... My formalities were completed well before time and i did not have to follow up regarding anything.
Cons
Employees should be more professional, under control and developed to think and take hr and seniors positively. Should take accountability of work, do more productive work related to their role instead of gossiping. More command is needed over them, so that later on time is not wasted in rectifying them. There are no strict rules or policies and they should not have issues following them.
