I worked for last four years with this organisation and nothing feel to say cons it is human behaviour of we take anything as cons depend on mindsets My personal view I felt nothing to say cons

None. Not really. I guess one of the good things that will happen is you'll be able to tolerate well.

The timing is very bad. They can make you work 11 - 12 hours if they want. The management is very bad. They just hire people at very low salary , and make them work like slaves all day. Either it's 2 am or 2pm, weekdays or weekend, if they ask you , you have to work, and forget about overtime pay. Lunch is 45 minutes. And at a specific time, if you skip, in most cases you don't get to eat all Day then, cause work! And yes the HR department and CEO of the company is something which can surely force you to go to therapy. No work ethics, no management, no manners , no respect. Also, no appraisals, forget about appraisals, thank god three times if they give YOUR salary on time. In most cases , they don't. Unless and until you're one of the favorites - then yes everything is possible. Even I never got my full salary for all the time I worked there. No wfh even if there was rule to get 1/month. Rules were made and removed whenever they want. The HR does mind on which seat you sit too. That is a very big concern as well for them. As if you're In a school. One of the worst thing to note as well is once you drop the papers. They will ignore the email as long as they could until you legit beg infront of them to atleast notice it. No date given after acknowledging the mail. Can make you serve 4 months or can kick you out in 2 days, depends on them and even after that, it's not a sure thing they would give you the final pay and Relieving papers. You gotta beg for that too. One of the cases - they made an employee work until his other offer cancelled, once that was done, then they relieved him the same day, just so that he couldn't get other job. So my suggestion would be to not join this until you are in a dire need , else don't. Please.
