Because they only work with Microsoft, you don't see a lot of proyects and you can get stuck in a proyecto for 1, 2 o more years. Also, there is difficulty to grow if your are senior because there is almost no architecture or leadership positions because of Microsoft

They have a good clients.

Doesn't care their employees at all and they always sell very tight time to develop their projects.
