Pros
1. Since issues aren't rectified on time, so you will learn while digging into the issues. 2. Workload and Pay Scale is average. 3. Tech Stack is average.
Cons
1. It's not employee friendly company. No additional perks apart from salary and insurance. 2. Quick hiring and firing is a thing here. Almost every other person you meet is either recently joined or on NP. 3. There are no processes established probably due to higher attrition rate. 4. Office politics keeps the mind occupied all the times. 5. People management is messed up a big time here. Higher mgmt. give threats of firing in order to get the work done. 6. Power mostly lies with the VP's. They are the policy makers and bends/use the policies as per their convenience. Good luck if you are under Sharad :D 7. Product people just chase tech people in order to get their issues resolved. 8. There is no WFH or Hybrid work culture.
