      Pros

      Somethings remain the same, you get all the freedom you want in terms of the work you do. That's it!

      Cons

      CEO Driven calls. HR works more for the CEO and less for the employees. Recent layoffs have shocked the company. People were asked to leave within 30 minutes and not resume office from next day. Inexperienced leadership skills presented by the CEO at almost everyday of working. No culture at all. This is what startup has become in India. No clear future of the company on where it wants to head to.
