Everyone at the company is very welcoming and willing to provide support when needed. They make strong efforts to connect employees virtually across different locations as well as in person via quarterly conference meetings. Also very proactive and well organized when it comes to managing time, tackling issues, and assigning tasks.

Smaller company so it is quite fast paced and there is lots of accountability, might be hard to manage for some. Tend to have to take on many projects at a time and hours are not a standard 9-5, most days will start around 6-7:30am.
