Pros
Easy job. CEO is nice. Plenty of locations. Decent range of products to sell. Parts used for repairs are of good quality.
Cons
Management is slow and communication needs to be improved. Technicians receive same pay as the retail assistants. Certain business processes and systems are outdated (EOD reporting, internal chats platforms, POS systems, etc.)
