      Pros

      Consistent work, great pay after getting overtime, decent benefits, air conditioned factory, making the jeep wrangler and that is it pretty much.

      Cons

      The downside of working at Mobis would have to be the long hours periodically ranging from 8-10 hours m-sa depending on the demand of the product at the time being, inexperienced supervisors, not enough pay for the work complete and also constant changing of policies.

      Great benefits and good team overall.

      Cons

      HQ has to make all decisions and has to sign off on everything. They lie to their customers and don't pay incentives that are promised in writing. MPA cooks the books on a monthly basis even though they are a public company.
