I love the family like atmosphere. Everyone is really nice. First time opting in for the HMO Medical insurance is surprisingly phenomenal. I love that you get an hour for lunch, because I hate feeling rushed. My Manager is the sweetest person on earth and my team mate is so helpful. True teamwork here. I think they have great benefits for Vacation, PTO, Paid Sick days and more. They definitely know how to treat people as humans. As a mother, they truly cared for my family life. It's a WORK HARD PLAY HARD motto and they stick by it. I get to take responsibility on many different tasks and projects. It's nice not to be micro managed and let my skills flow. ALL people here are tenured. They've been here a long long time. There's a reason for that. They listen to your ideas and allow you to grow further. My job requires various different responsibilities. And I love that! It's never a Dull day! Can I say once again. The people are amazing. None of that stuffy cold fake corporate lol I give this company a 5 star because of how they treat their people! It's easy to get comfortable here! Loving technical content is a must here. You work with Engineers and some well versed telecommunications gurus, which is why I love it. I've learned so much and continue to learn. Like any great place to work, if your lazy, it's not the best place for you. This company needs high quality individuals to keep pushing the envelope. Strive for the best and then be the best.

Hard to say, because of how wonderful this place is. And the PEOPLE! But I would say if your a computer guru, they have yet to upgrade their equipment and you will probably be working on something slower. Their data work is archaic, as is their laptops. But they are in process in improving their CRM atleast and I'm confident they will continue to upgrade as they grow. Smaller companies don't have the perks of fast data, streamline processes, and tracking. But they are on their way up. And it's nice to be on that rocket ship! I'd like to add, that your ideas WILL be heard. Though there is an older school way of thinking for some, you just need to plant seeds slowly and they catch on. Live by their motto "Moving Wireless Forward" and all will be ok :)
