Pros
Mobily Etihad Etisalat is the second Mobile Operator in Saudi Arabia and it is a well-known brand. It has a big infrastructure and a lot of Mobile subscribers all over Saudi Arabia.
Cons
In the current days, Mobily Etihad Etisalat has a lot of re-structure to adjust its organization, and employees do not feel comfortable with that since there might be cutting cost to overcome financially problem which happened to the company in 2014. Moreover, most of the company staff are outsource (NCBS Company) which is a sister company of Mobily but they do not get the same offer and benefits of Mobily staff.
