AT&T service is a generally quite good.
Cons
Training is completely on the job, and varies tremendously with your circumstances. Pay is far below average for industry and titles. Commission structure and potential earnings are a joke. Support teams are anything but supportive. Leadership is non-existent at the Director level and above. The culture of this organization is one of squeezing as much out of you as possible, until you decide to quit. You are very replaceable to them.
