Pros
Okay commission structure, flexible hours depending on your store and territory manager. Constant promotions if you're good at the job (only because of high turn over in the market).
Cons
Everything else •Commission structure is worse than most other AT&T authorized dealers. •They do not prioritize their stores, many stores are left slightly unfinished after initial opening and the company will not pay to fix anything. •The upper management could not care less about you. •They do not always abide my state laws and HR is completely useless when it comes to any issues you are experiencing. •They do not run their stores anywhere near the way a corporate AT&T does. •They put zero money into local marketing or advertising so stores have to fend for themselves. •They set high expectations but will not assist you in meeting them.
