Pros
Coworkers are pretty amazing. Pretty easy to get a day off if you need it. 40hrs of PTO after a year. Ability to cross train.
Cons
No benefits. Except PTO. Health insurance isn’t high on the list to obtain either. Minimal pay, depending on what you’re doing. Raises are rare and there’s stipulations for you to get that raise. Pay caps. POOR management (except for one manager). No temp controlled work areas. It took literal years to get more than one fan. Safety isn’t first on the list. Agrees to something, then cancels entire agreement or changes it.
