I am working as an senior Android developer for more than 4 years. The place is full of positive environment. Everybody is so helpful, whether they are colleagues or management. You can learn a lot from each other and can do R&D on different aspects without any restriction, although some but you will get plenty of time for it. The work are a little bit different from legacy development, but one can learn a lot in the field of mobile development. The products are utility based. Mangement are so supportive, they listen and understand the concern of each employees very carefully.

I am not seeing any as of now. Sometimes work time get long. But this happens once in a blue moon.

You get asked for downloads and profits. There is no life or no extra curriculum activities. No vision, Don't want to try something new and rigid with there failed principles. Does not analyse market trend and user's feedback. Do not focus on updates and enhancements of apps. Focuses on quantity not quality, repeated apps with UI changes in different accounts. Last but not the least 10 hours of working culture and you always ask for working on Saturdays.
