      Nice coworkers but that is about it

      Cons

      benefits are made from another country and useless they lay people off even when they are doing their job they keep acquiring companies and letting go of good people.

Benefits in the US are actually made locally, both health coverage and 401k are local suppliers. As for workforce changes, decisions related to restructuring are never taken lightly.       I work at Moburst and I can confidently say it’s a great place to be. I regularly work with different departments on client projects, and everyone is supportive, efficient, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. One of the standout features of Moburst is its investment in AI tools and resources – the integration of AI has noticeably increased efficiency for us. It’s great to work at a company that encourages employees to leverage AI. The executive team is approachable and genuinely cares about the company’s culture and success. I would recommend working here. It’s a fantastic place to grow professionally, collaborate with talented people, and be part of a forward-thinking company culture.
