We have a lot of employees who were promoted to managerial roles, and some of them are even with us now for 5-7 years. - When discussing leadership, our management is investing a lot of time and effort to lead the industry and create internal leaders within our employees. A great example of that is the thought leadership activity we've made to encourage our employees to share their knowledge, get them to speak in international conferences, and share their insights in front of the top publications of their field. - Employee evaluation - we actually do evaluations twice a year and are more than happy to discuss terms, salary, benefits, etc. at the end of each year.
