- Benefits are really confusing and hard to manage. HR doesnt seem to understand it enough to help either. Mostly because there is only 2-3 people across the entire company responsible for HR.
- CEO expects employees to work more than 40 hours a week.
- CEO and management does NOT like when you push back. If you show any sign of disagreement with their decisions you WILL be retaliated against and or fired.
- Not safe work environment for people with kids, families, or people wanting families. Also not suitable for people with medical conditions as you will be turned away regardless of anti-discrimination laws, this includes pregnancy
