Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. It really is helpful to hear, and we’re sorry if you’ve ever felt forced to show up in ways you don’t feel comfortable with, whether in live meetings or in written communication — that is never our intention. We aim to create an environment where you feel like you can show up as yourself and be accepted for doing so, but it sounds like we’ve missed the mark a bit there, and we hope you might be open to speaking with your manager and working together on how we can do this better.
We also totally hear you on the opportunity for management to be more open about the issues affecting our company, not just the positives. With the recently introduced quarterly Bird’s Eye View presentations, we aimed to create the space for exactly that, taking a balanced look at not just what went well over the past quarter, but also what could have gone better. We agree, though, there’s certainly more we could do here to ensure everyone is in the loop on the latest matters affecting our business and our team.
