Pros

Decent benefits, depending on your department and who your boss is, you could have a very good work life balance situation, or not. The MAX train runs right by the building, which is nice if you take the train. The building also has it's own parking garage, which is also nice if you have your parking paid for. (Upper management & sales only)

Cons

Very political environment with very little, if any company direction from upper management. This results in departments not talking with each other and sometimes duplicate efforts between departments. Lot's of passive-aggressive people working here. Salary increases don't appear tied to effort or competence. It's very difficult to get fired at Moda, which means cleaning house of undesirable employees doesn't happen very often. Nothing ever gets done here, everything moves at a snails pace and nobody seems to have any sense of urgency about anything.

Pros

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Cons

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
