      Introduced hybrid working. If you just need money then apply. Graduates should apply to get commercial experience only.

      Cons

      Model Works Media/Grain London/Model Works. They are all they same company. Under qualified director of interactive department. Micro management and lack of trust or respect in staff. Many years I tried to give expertise in software development, ignored all the time. No business model or unique selling point. No career opportunities. Choose arrogance over client specifications. Company has no knowledge of software development best practices.

      great team, good location, Friday beers

      Cons

      Lack of respect from Business owners to the team. Wages are very average, but the expectation is very high. No personal growth. Stressful environment when it comes to deadlines, putting pressure on team members for no reason. Lack of appreciation. No thank you for many months. Minimum holiday allowance

      Exciting work and projects, the other employees make up for alot, the culture is quite good despite having a really bad director.

      Cons

      Lots of over time, bad moods from management, awful director of company, he has had to change his company name to Grain as his reputation in London was that bad.
