Pros
Anybody does not know any work, so you have the freedom to learn and own your tasks or waste time and get salary.
Cons
No culture, proper policy or anything. No empathy for employees. No proper leave policies. Owner and his wife run the company and make arbitrary decisions. Worst part is, they will lie as they like to get things done. Zero growth, as there is no hirearchy or promotion. They will give you some incentive when you warn to leave or resign.
