      1. Friendly employees 2. Interesting business area 3. Now part of a big company based in Germany 4. Small company 5. Close to Hashalom Train Station

      Cons

      1. Working with low budget for development which has an impacts from local dev machines to accessing new technologies 2. Not very competitive compared to other companies which offer the same roles in terms of Salary / Options / Benefits 3. Luck of understanding of investing in employee empowerment and preservation 4. "Old and Grey" working environment 5. Not enough opportunities for promotions

      Pros

      A home, just like family, amazing people, positive working environment, great local management, flexible hours, really care about you as a person. This is not like any other company. It’s not the glamorous place at all, but it is a place with a soul and a heart!

      Cons

      Head Office manager lacking understanding of the local needs. Salaries are not competitive enough.
