Pros
Energy, and change. Great youth to work with from local high schools and colleges. Some awesome people at home office.
Cons
Lack of communication from all locations. DM,Buying office,Senior VP's. Schedules done three days before your next week starts. Why do we unload a truck to carts to unload carts to refill from truck . Then reload carts to fill stock. Has the thought that handling freight three times is not time efficient ? Too many others to list. Every fire ends with a new one. The hot issue today will be replaced tomorrow and forgotten as not worth a thought.
