Disrespectful management no patience with new employees, don't put someone on register by themselves as the only cashier on a weekend on there 3rd day working at the store. No phone rule is ridiculous because emergencies happen I have mine anyways. More training. If your going to hire someone as a footwear associate keep that job description as that's what the associate wanted and accepted the offer as and not just switch it to POS every shift.
