Flexible hours for those in school, Assistant manager is excellent, close friendships with associates, associate day discount (twice out of the year) 33% of regular price/15% off sale price
Cons
One of the current managers is very unprofessional and makes working there unpleasant. All of the managers have their favorites that they treat special. You barely get acknowledged for all the great things you do and no extra pay for being there more than a year. They got depress and hired a bunch of carless, lazy and inconsiderate people.
