Pros
The employees at MBS are so nice--that includes the owner and the company president. I work for such a great team--everyone pulls their weight and pitches in when you need help. The offices are clean, roomy, and all your own. I get whatever I need to do my job. The employees who develop our product are so flippen' smart. Everyone takes their job personally and gives 110% to each other and the customers. I've seen this firsthand. The pay is above average and so are the benefits.
Cons
We have a small lunch room, but it doesn't seem to bother anyone. I wish we did have a more private conference room, but I love the Ralston location and would hate to move to another location for more space. Sometimes, the coffee is a little strong.
