You are able to make good money right out of the gates starting week 1 or 2. Great atmosphere, great people to work with and there is always help when you need it. You definitely get out what you put into this job, meaning, the harder you work the more money you make. There is room to advance quickly by making 1-2 deals or more a week. I love that our sales team is growing quickly and that everyone gets along. However, we can sometimes get competitive with each other, which makes the days even more fun. The CEO, Sales Manager and the rest of the staff are all awesome and very good at what they do and all have great values.
