Pros

I met some pretty interesting individuals and i learned what NOT to do or be at a fast paced environment

Cons

Modern Everyday was founded with no structure, no organization, and absurd working policies. This company is notorious for making their employees, especially women, feel condescended upon, very stupid and very incapable of everything upper management wants their employees to be. The founder is nothing but an upscale-sourced programmer who seemed to think that he can literally program people into these enslaved, perfect employees that he wants them to be, (for mind you) very low pay. The other members of upper management are bonafide bozos who graduated college, had a couple small-time experience jobs, and became "gurus" of this baby corporation. There are also some employees that were proven to do their jobs at the best as they could, and ultimately became as sub managers who were given little voice and control, but all the accountability of the company's every move. They also seem to give credit where credit was not deserving at all. They recently went overseas (and lived quite ostentatiously) after they have just fired half of the company. Sending undeserving and inexperienced "buyers" to meet with potential suppliers on these bodacious trips is a big insult to the rest of us! LACK OF COMMON SENSE for sure. I give this place less than 12 months before it crumbles and destroys itself.

Pros

Good place to learn about the e commerce business. Very flexible work hours.

Cons

No real technical training. Expect you to complete a project on your own without much help.

Pros

Everyone is nice, the CEO is actually a great guy, and very easy place to work but....

Cons

Be aware that majority of the people in the office are friends of the manager because the manager hired them. So it makes senses why they're still there working, just like any other working environment there's rule and dress code and language behavior, well here there's none. People say what they want and dress how they like too, even when clearly its very inappropriate, again the same person who's the manager and the HR let this happen because its their friends. Oh yeah forgot to mention that two managers are in a relationship which i believe it's okay as long as you keep it out of the office, but in this case it was not. It was obvious. Now the manager i had was nice and respectful, but I think the company gave this person a full plate in their hands and it was to much for that person to handle, the manager doesn't have good managing skill, neither how to manage their employees.
