The employees are all very kind and willing to help. Everyone loves the mission to help provide mental health access to all.
Cons
The company's leadership feels that Modern Health's product differentiation is that we are a global platform, but the market understands that is not true. The sales team is asked to sell a product 2-5 times the cost of competitors. A consistent theme from buyers is "We love your product, but we can't justify the cost" or "We love the sales team, but your product costs 2 times a similar offering".Most of the sales team is under 30% of their annual quota.
