Pros

If you want to learn how NOT to lead, this is a masterclass. Coworkers try their best despite the chaos.

Cons

VP leadership is completely unqualified for the role — zero strategic thinking, zero clarity, zero direction. • Expectations are delusional. Workload increases daily with no hiring, no support, and no acknowledgment. • Micro‑management at a suffocating level. Every task is scrutinized like you’re a child, not a professional. • One‑on‑ones are interrogation sessions, not coaching. • No roadmap. No vision. No plan. Just pressure, panic, and shifting demands. • Senior technical responsibilities dumped on project managers while leadership acts like a task‑tracker instead of a leader. • Employees are treated as disposable. Leadership will sacrifice anyone to protect their own image. • This is not “challenging.” It’s toxic, chaotic, and psychologically draining.

Pros

It was a work from home position.

Cons

Literally everything. Policies constantly changing. Only get a raise if you meet metrics across the board and those metrics are practically unattainable. You could have 100 hrs of pto it dont mean a thing cause they can deny every day you request. Also, the job is to get sick people to their appointments. And they can never seem to do that. Nine out of ten calls are going to be patience Calling upset because their transportation is over thirty minutes late Getting them. I'm talking wheelchair bound dialysis patients that modivecare cannot get to one appointment on time. These people are dying because modivcare cannot do their job. And I have a problem working for a place that doesn't do its job.
