We agree that we have great, dedicated people coming together to manufacture awesome machines and we're glad you're among us!
We apologize if you feel we dropped the ball as an employer but we'd like to assure you that we strive to maintain the highest quality of standards for not only our customers, but for our employees as well. Yes, we've gone through some growing pains these past couple of years due to high manufacturing demand and the addition of brand new positions, but with key new people in leadership roles who also have their hearts in the right place, we've been able to eliminate previous distractions. Growing pains are a double-edged sword as we work towards managing growth. This is not an excuse on our end, but hopefully some transparency into why some aspects may have seemed negative.
