Pros
Good pay, plenty of hours, good staff, benefits, great ownership. Nice to be on different job sites and not confined to the same place day after day. Call in number to get next days assignments however supervisors seem to know what the schedule is and are happy to provide information. I have been going for 4 months and haven’t missed a day and have been averaging 40- 50 hours a week. The benefits are good offering medical, dental, and vision. Also supplemental insurance is offered.
Cons
Sometimes too much work. This company has a full pipeline scheduling large projects months in advance. As the schedule changes and workloads increase not much notice is given that additional hours are required to complete the days business. Not bad for me but tough if you have kids to pick up or plans later in the day. I have always been asked if I can stay so it’s not a requirement to work past 8 hours a day.
