Poor leadership and no motivation - QA Tester ModusBox Employee Review

The management is bad and people with leadership roles always shift blame to others rather than handling critical matters. Company projects goals are unclear even to some experienced people, while most newer or entry employees are left hanging. Management and leads don't seem open to employees input, in my case I have always been shuted up and never given a slight chance.
