Loved my coworkers and great amenities at the workplace.

Had management that didn't have similar values

Higher pay potential, leadership experience, stronger resume, path to operations/warehouse manager, more visibility, and usually less constant physical labor.

More stress, responsible for team mistakes, dealing with call-outs/conflict, longer or unpredictable hours, pressure from management, and sometimes more responsibility without enough authority.
