      Rewarding, challenging, great coworkers, engaging, fast paced

      politically correct. not sure if some promotions are exactly merit based at times. honestly though not too many cons and probably no different anywhere else. i'd still rather be employed by overall a great company.

      Higher pay potential, leadership experience, stronger resume, path to operations/warehouse manager, more visibility, and usually less constant physical labor.

      Cons

      More stress, responsible for team mistakes, dealing with call-outs/conflict, longer or unpredictable hours, pressure from management, and sometimes more responsibility without enough authority.
