The company has a good benefits package and solid pay for what the position is. The managers and coworkers attempt to make the position more tolerable.
Cons
There is zero opportunity for growth with in this department. After your initial pay raise all other raise are minimal regardless of how well you preform. You are ignored by the corporate office because of your job function. The company hires exclusively through a staffing agency. Training for the job is minimal. You are in a class room for three months reviewing specifications and parts sheets but there is no practical application made.
