Pros
Holidays off, The Old PTO plan is good if you were grandfathered in. Can't be fired at this point, not enough staff.
Cons
Pay is not competitive, we cannot attract or keep good workers. Minimal training available, because of understaffing, Work is done by a few, others sit no one keeps them accountable. Admin has head in the clouds
